Collective Shows Summer 2020 Cancellation Announcement

———————————————————————————————————

After closely monitoring the risk and impact of COVID-19 on a daily basis, and speaking at length with members of our community, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Swim Collective and Active Collective, which had been scheduled for August 5-6, 2020 in Anaheim, CA; and Active Collective New York, scheduled for August 26-27, 2020.

Recent developments have made it impossible to effectively execute Collective Shows that deliver the level of connection, discovery and value our community expects.  This is due to developments regarding COVID-19 that we are all familiar with at this point, including, but not limited to, the latest federal measures, including guidelines on the phased reopening of the U.S. economy; the declaration by the WHO of COVID-19 as a pandemic; the number of confirmed cases worldwide and domestically; current quarantines, containment areas, stay at home orders, and restrictions on congregating and large gatherings imposed by states and other government and public health authorities; and the various company-imposed travel restrictions on employees affecting attendees and participating companies. Maintaining the health and safety of each of our customers, partners, and employees remains paramount to us.

We are focused on continuing to serve this community, creating ways to connect and working closely with each of our partners, and providing the necessary support and information to enhance your businesses throughout the year.

We deeply value your ongoing loyalty to the Collective Shows and thank you in advance for your understanding.

For all exhibitors we wish to assure you that you have refund or credit options for the Swim Collective, Active Collective CA and Active Collective NY show.

The information on our website will be updated on an ongoing basis and further announcements will be posted in the coming days and weeks, including specifics on attendee and exhibitor questions.

We’re going to come out of this eager to connect on a human level and anxious to celebrate everything we value as a community. We can’t wait to bring everyone together again and see you all in January 2021.

Stay safe, stay healthy.
