Q: Can I apply  my deposit toward a future
Swim Collective show?
A: With the cancellation of Swim Collective August 2020  due to  COVID-19, all active exhibitors and sponsors can roll deposits over to the January 2021  show.  If you opt not to be contracted for the January 2021 show at this time, a full refund of your Swim Collective August 2020  payment will be issued. Each company will be required to submit a request through an online portal. Your Account Executive will be in touch on next steps.  


Q: What is the timeline for  receiving  refunds?
A: Swim Collective will be in touch  with exhibitors and sponsors and provide  additional information around refund processes. Please note, due to the unprecedented nature of the situation, refunds may take time and we ask for your patience as they are processed.   


Q: I recently cancelled due to the coronavirus, would I be eligible for a refund?
If you cancelled at an earlier time, please  contact  your  Account Executive.   


Q: What are my company’s options for exhibiting at a future show? 
The next opportunity to exhibit will be at the winter show, in January 2021. Exact dates will be announced soon. Contact  your  Account Executive  to discuss next steps and how to apply payments made for Summer 2020 to Winter 2021. 


Q: Can my sponsorship or advertising roll over to future show?
A: Yes, we would love for you to continue your sponsorship in 2021. Your Account Executive will be in touch to discuss with you directly.


Q: Do I need to cancel my orders with the official show vendors, and will I get a refund?
A: Our official show vendors will be canceling all orders and will be reaching out to you in the next few weeks regarding credits/refunds.


Q: How can I cancel my hotel reservations?
A: If you booked hotel accommodations in the Swim Collective hotel block via our official housing vendor, Eventsphere, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked a hotel reservation outside the Eventsphere system and the Swim Collective hotel block, you must cancel/transfer your hotel reservation on your own.
